The case capture, review and submission page is never measured

The Add your case page — where you write or dictate a case, review the automatic privacy pass, and submit it — never loads Google Analytics and never records a page visit, no matter what choice you've made below. This is a structural rule in the code, not a setting: the analytics script is not permitted to load on that page at all.

What we use, and only with your consent

On every other page, with your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate site use — which pages are visited and how often — so we know what's working. Analytics stays off until you accept it in the banner or in "Privacy choices" below, and it is never used for advertising.

What we never send

We do not send the text of any case — typed, dictated, transformed or submitted — to analytics. We do not send names, contact details, or any free text you enter anywhere on the site. Analytics only ever receives the page you visited (its address and title), never form contents.

Cookies and storage

Your choice itself is stored in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again for 13 months. If you accept, Google Analytics sets its own _ga cookies to distinguish visits; declining, or withdrawing consent later, clears them.

Changing your mind

Use the "Privacy choices" link in the footer of any page (other than Add your case) at any time to change your answer. Withdrawing consent clears the analytics cookies and reloads the page so nothing further is recorded.
